The 25-year-old who doesn't residein Centre County was seen talking to an officer beore throwing something at the car, with the dash cam recording. Italian authorities have fined a group of Italians who set off powerful fireworks from a rooftop barbecue when a police helicopter buzzed overhead to check if they were breaking lockdown restrictions. The revelers were branded "idiots" after detonating the fireworks in an act of defiance when their Easter celebrations, on top of a block of flats in Palermo in Sicily, were rumbled by the helicopter. Riot police having some fun with young law breakers. At least 43 people were arrested following riots in the Brussels neighborhood of Anderlecht. Groups of young people started throwing rocks and pieces of glass at police officers. This is the moment a baby girl in Italy moves her legs for the first time after being diagnosed with COVID-19 at two days old - but she is now recovered and ready to return home. The baby, who has not been named in reports, weighed just two kilogrammes when she was born but was diagnosed with COVID-19 just 20 days into her life and was taken to the Hospital of Pinerolo, in the city of Cuneo, in the northern Italian region of Piedmont.
