“We believe that it is important for the OSCE system to actively participate in stimulating the creation of an open, fair, non-discriminatory development environment without protectionism, unilateral sanctions, and other kinds of pressure,” the diplomat noted.

“The deputies will discuss interregional cooperation, with Nizhny Novgorod Oblast as an example, as well as proposals for the new initiative 'Capitals of Culture of the Union State' and proposals to arrange a gathering of senior citizens of the Union State,” the press service said.

Preparations for the forthcoming elections of members of the parliament and municipal councils of deputies as well as personnel matters were key items on the agenda.
