In an exclusive interview with "CBS This Morning," Attorney General William Barr says special counsel Robert Mueller could have said whether he believes President Trump committed a crime. CBS News chief legal correspondent Jan Crawford traveled with Barr to Alaska, where he is listening to the unique concerns of native Alaskans.
