Northwest Passage pair win court fight over axed cruise
A British couple whose “trip of lifetime” around the fabled Northwest Passage was axed because it was too cold have won an $135,000 court fight. The Shermans, of Dorset in western England, had originally lost their case but it was reversed on appeal. It means they will receive about $35,000, and will not have to foot the $100,000, court bill, British media reported.
