Allen Edmonds CEO Paul Grangaard knows more than a thing or two about men's shoes. We've repeatedly called upon the head of the 93-year-old company to provide his expert opinion — on the four dress shoes every guy needs in his closet and the essential dress shoes he should wear to job interviews, to name a couple of instances.

For someone as fluent in footwear as Grangaard, you have to wonder what are his favorite pairs. Today he's sharing, and, for a limited time, his five favorite styles are available at a major discount.

"As I travel the country, men frequently ask about my favorite shoe style. It's hard for me to say really, and I stand by all of our shoes in terms of quality. Still, this summer I'd put these styles on the top of my list," says Grangaard on Allen Edmonds' website.
