Levon Zurabyan reports inaccuracies in CEC's protocols and data
Head of the Armenian National Congress faction in the Parliament Levon Zurabyan has submitted report to Prosecutor General Gevorg Kostanyan over fabrication of the final protocols of the elections commissions. Zurabyan said that the "NO" Front has revealed 5 forged protocols at various polling stations: 5/38, 11/22, 15/18, 23/42, 28/35.
"These data testify that the CEC's official data do not meet the real vote and the fraud has affected the final vote result," Zurabyan said. Irrespective of whether the CEC members "drew" the figures on protocols or they were provided with false protocols, they must be brought responsible. "Prosecutor's Office will be provided with more than 100 reports on the crimes committed during the referendum. We will achieve punishment of the violators," Zurabyan said.
He said the "NO" Front has not abandoned the idea of appealing to the Constitutional Court against the referendum result. He said urged parliamentarians to join their 17 colleagues who have signed the application. To appeal to the Constitutional Court, 27 signatures of parliamentarians are required until December 18.
