ArmInfo.Georgia's Foreign Ministry said that it does not recognize the referendum in  Nagorno-Karabakh  "Georgia does not recognize the independence of Nagorno Karabakh,  respectively, and does not recognize the referendum held in  Nagorno-Karabakh  and/or its results", the department's statement  reads. ArmInfo. As of 17:00, February 20, 65439 people or 63.68% of voters took part in the referendum on constitutional reforms in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. To recall, on February 20, NKR held a referendum on constitutional  reforms. 102,757 citizens, or 69% of the population of the NKR have  the right to participate in the referendum. Under the current  constitution, the NKR is a semi-presidential republic, the draft of  the new constitution provides for a presidential form of government  with wide competence of the legislature.
