2018: What Elections are Expected in the World?
For the first time in Armenia, on March 1-10, the country's president will be elected by the National Assembly, not by popular vote. Such a change is conditioned by the transition to a parliamentary system, according to which the powers of the head of state will be passed to the head of government.
