CHICO — The Chico High School boys basketball team knew it needed to start fast in its home game against Foothill on Friday night, and the Panthers did just that in their 78-50 win at The Pit. Three weeks ago Chico traveled to Palo Cedro to open Eastern Athletic league play, fell behind 13-2 early, fought back but came up short in the two-point loss.
