Она испекла торт в виде невесты. Высота фигуры – 180 сантиметров, а вес около 120 килограммов.

На изготовление невесты ушло 25 килограммов шоколада, а на её платье – 50 килограммов кондитерской мастики. Торт украсили пятью тысячами мастичных цветов ручной работы, десятью тысячами съедобных жемчужин и пятью настоящими (каждая из них стоит 200 тысяч долларов).
Примечательно, что всё это великолепие съели прямо на выставки – её посетители.

Well we know I'm working on a top secret project for @thebrideshow I did arrive on the red eye so abit tired but extremly lucky to have arrived in the beautiful @rafflesdubai and the cakes they were baked and ready for me to stack on my arrival this morn, they were baked by the legendary @wolfgang_wagenleitner and his fabulous pastry team at Raffles.
