Cleetus McFarland denied NASCAR O'Reilly superspeedway approval

In a video posted to his Facebook page on Tuesday evening, Garrett Mitchell dba Cleetus McFarland says NASCAR has not approved him to run superspeedways in the O’Reilly Series at this time.
