The typical Maltese streetscape in a lot of localities is losing its character as heavy machinery moves in to build yet another block of flats in place of an old house.

Architect Michael Falzon from the Malta Developers' Association, Joe Magro Conti, who heads the Heritage Planning Unit at the Planning Authority, and architect Edward Said go head-to-head to discuss a subject often in the headlines.
Presented by Herman Grech and Mark Micallef, Times Talk is aired on TVM on Tuesday at 10.05pm with a repeat on Wednesday at 1.30pm. It will be uploaded in full on Wednesday.
