Bulgaria's president will start talks on new cabinet after government collapse
Bulgaria's president plans to consult with parliamentary groups next week to form a new cabinet after the government collapsed during anti-corruption protests. Rosen Zhelyazkov’s minority government, in place since January, fell on Thursday after surviving six no-confidence votes. President Rumen Radev will first invite the biggest parliamentary group for talks. If unsuccessful, the second-largest group will try.
