Peeple app, 'the Yelp for people,' launches; still seems troubling

Peeple, a people-rating mobile app dubbed the "Yelp for people," has now officially launched its second incarnation on the Apple app store, despite a long list of critics suggesting the ramifications of such a service would only lead to trouble.
