Night pavement work expected on Interstate 93 in Salem
SALEM, N.H. (AP) — The New Hampshire Department of Transportation says night pavement-marking work is expected to close one lane of Interstate 93 northbound at the new Exit 2 interchange in Salem.
The one-lane closure is expected to take place from 9 p.m. Thursday to 6 a.m. Friday.
Crews are re-striping the interstate. At the conclusion, I-93 northbound traffic will be shifted to the newly paved portion of the roadway.
The work is part of the $41 million I-93 widening and reconstruction project in the vicinity of Exit 2.
