Foreign Ministry never ignores critisism, Nalbandian says
Edward Nalbandian made this statement during his speech dedicated to Diplomat’s Day at the session of YSU Academic Council.
“During these years, an important part of our work was directed to make it more efficient and sufficiently improve general readiness of the system by new initiatives of training and retraining diplomatic staff,” said Foreign Minister.
According to him, the challenges Armenian diplomacy faces are urgent today as well.
“Defend interests of Armenian state and citizens, neutralize initiatives against us that feed from diverse sources on bilateral and multilateral platforms, and support our compatriots who found themselves in a crisis, or so to say, in “a hot spot”. It’s necessary not to wait for this or that partner state or international organization to offer help, but come forward with our own initiatives of positive agenda,” said Armenian Foreign Minister.
Edward Nalbandian stressed that each diplomat should fulfill their duties consecutively and with modesty, and should not care about laurels.
