Spotlight on chemistry: Sr scientists to attend nat’l symposium at BHU
This is a brief summary of a symposium on brainstorming that will be taking place at a university in India. The symposium is aimed at providing a platform for researchers to exchange their ideas on design synthesis applications and environmental aspects of materials. The symposium will feature 20 senior scientists who will deliver lectures, and 100 young researchers will exhibit their research findings in the form of oral presentations. Additionally, 200 research scholars will take part in the symposium. The symposium is focused on the field of chemistry, which deals with the constitution and properties of matter. The symposium is also focused on the art of chemical synthesis, which has led to the existence of billions of molecules from only ninety-plus elements. The growing exponential growth in demands of varying functional materials has led chemists to emphasize newer strategic designs and synthetic routes. As a result, the field of chemistry has yielded a plethora of materials with multifaceted values at affordable costs.
