Heritage bungalow of Ahom rulers turns into tourist magnet
The British-era bungalow on a hillock that used to be the 17th century military office of the Ahom rulers but now converted into a heritage centre depicting life along the Brahmaputra in modern times, has become a major attraction for visitors with over 300 footfall being recorded every day.
