THIS superstar and his family helped Shah Rukh Khan during his struggling days; 'Sirf dhakke hi nahi khaye...'

Shah Rukh Khan is the now the King of Bollywood. He enjoys all the luxuries at his feet. But like many others, Shah Rukh Khan also came from a humble background. The actor entered Bollywood without any Godfather and climbed up the ladder of success on the basis of his talent. His charm, his wit, his talent and everything else - Shah Rukh Khan won hearts of all; making him the Badshah. But there was someone who took care of him during his struggling days.

Shah Rukh Khan has often spoken about his journey from Delhi's Rajinder Nagar to city of dreams - Mumbai. The young Shah Rukh Khan always harboured the dreams of becoming a star and he moved to Mumbai with a lot of hopes. But like many, he too faced struggle. He started with TV and then moved onto films. In one of the shows, Shah Rukh Khan also mentioned about a star who took care of him in his initial days in Mumbai.

The superstar is none other than Salman Khan. When Shah Rukh Khan appeared on Salman Khan's show Dus Ka Dum in 2018, he spoke about the time when the Sikandar actor and his family took care of him. He shared that Salman looked after him like an elder brother and he would often visit his residence to eat food. Shah Rukh Khan said, "Salman is younger than me by 1.5 months. Lekin (Salman ne) bade bhai se bhi zayada aur inki family ne mera bahot dhyaan rakha. Aur sirf dhakke hi nahi khaye maine inke ghar ka khana bhi khaya hai." This made headlines in entertainment news.

Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan have always demonstrated a strong bond of friendship. From Karan Arjun, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai to Pathaan, their on-screen collaborations have also been hit. Even though their friendship hit a rough patch, they have bounced back stronger. Fans are now waiting for them to feature in a movie together ASAP.
