Armenia in want of more round-the-clock pharmacies
Armenia has few round-the-clock pharmacies, Karen Karapetyan, acting Armenian prime minister, said Thursday at a regular Cabinet meeting referring to the results of a study.
“Things are intolerable – they create problems to our citizens and tourists,” he said adding that things should be put right in all the residential areas of the country.
In his words, Tsakhkadzor, a popular resort, has no round-the-clock pharmacies at all.
Therefore, Karapetyan gave one month to Levon Altunyan, healthcare minister, to consider room for opening pharmacies available 24 hours a day and to submit his proposal to the government. --0---
