Armenian government to establish center for strategic initiatives
The Armenian government on Thursday decided to establish the Center for Strategic Initiatives.
According to chief of government staff David Harutyunyan, the Centre will operate under the Armenian government as a public-private partnership.
"The structure will be assisting the Government in developing long-term concepts and packages of short- and long-term reforms in close cooperation with the private sector", - Harutyunyan said.
In this regard, Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan attached importance to the establishment of the Centre for Strategic Initiatives.
"This is the platform where our vision and concept will be formed, as well as our horizons of activity, particularly, how we imagine the development of the Armenian economy, how we should attract necessary funds and other investments", - said Karapetyan. -0-
