Prime minister appoints new deputy chairmen of state revenue committee
Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan has appointed today new deputy chairmen of the State Revenue Committee, the press service of the government said
It said Armen Alaverdyan and Arthur Afrikyan were relieved of their posts as deputy ministers of finance and appointed as deputy chairmen of the state revenue committee. The third newly-appointed deputy chairman of the State Revenue Committee is Armen Sakapetoyan.
On March 1, President Serzh Sargsyan ordered to reorganize the Ministry of Finance, separating the State Revenue Committee as an independent agency overseeing customs and tax authorities.
The former head of the Presidential Oversight Service, Hovhannes Hovsepyan, was appointed as chairman of the State Revenue Committee.-0-
