As a result of this process, the load on judges will be reduced by about 90%. Judges of civil courts, who hear 2,000-4,000 cases a year, will have 200-300 cases pending from next spring (as in developed European countries), he wrote on his Facebook page.

Andreasyan emphasized that from the second half of 2024, civil cases will be considered by first instance courts not for years, but for several months. According to him, this reform took about a year to be prepared, including legislative changes, development of a new software and retraining of notaries. --0--
