The Central Bank of Armenia has changed its outlook for economic growth in 2017 upward – from the previously projected 3.3-4.8% to 4.4-4.9%. In the 2017 government budget, GDP growth was projected at 3.2%.nbsp;br

Asked what he thinks about the present economic situation in the country given that before he called it extremely critical, Karapetyan said that now it is quite controllable.nbsp;br

“We have no report for November, but for 10 months economy has grown 7.1%,” he said adding that the government will present a detailed report later this year. nbsp;br

In his opinion, there are no monopolies in Armenia – there are markets with dominating players, and domination doesn’t mean that competition rules are breached. --0----br
