Ukrainian army intelligence reports breach of Minsk agreements on withdrawal of heavy weapons in Donbas
Tensions persist in the Anti-Terrorist Operation zone in Donbas, and the hostiles continue to breach the Minsk agreements pertaining to the withdrawal of heavy armaments, Vadym Skibitsky from the Main Intelligence Department of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry has said.
