Ukraine Today: OSCE reports 100 percent increase in restrictions of observers' movement in eastern Ukraine
This week saw 25 percent increase in shelling in eastern Ukraine combat zone, with heavy weapons present on the both sides of the frontline, reported OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) deputy chief, Alexander Hug during a briefing.
