Kyiv calls on Warsaw to take joint steps in assessing WWII events
Ukraine's Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin has expressed regret that Poland had acted unilaterally prior to its decision on the Volyn tragedy and ignored Ukrainian officials and public figures' proposals of joint steps.
