OSCE special envoy says ICCC's activity in Donbas needs to be upgraded
MINSK – The work of the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) in southeastern Ukraine needs to be upgraded, Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Special Envoy in the Contact Group on Ukraine Martin Sajdik told reporters in Minsk on Wednesday.
