Klimkin says Normandy Quartet foreign ministers could meet in Paris early February
DAVOS - The next meeting of the foreign ministers of Ukraine, Germany, France and Russia (the so-called Normandy Quartet) could take place in Paris in early February, Ukraine's Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin has said.
