CASSAR. On May 16, at St Vincent de Paul residence, VIOLET, widow of Anthony, aged 94, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her children David and his wife Annette, Vladimir and his wife Frances, Philip and his wife Anne, Catherine and her husband Edward and Paul and his wife Margaret, nephews, nieces, in-laws, relatives and friends. The funeral leaves St Vincent de Paul residence on Monday at 8.45am for the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery chapel, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9am, followed by interment. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant her eternal rest.

MIDOLO. On May 18, at Mater Dei Hospital, MARIE, Principal of St Catherine’s High School, Pembroke, aged 68, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church and surrounded by her family.
