" We"re doing our best to find suspects," - Georgian PM on the private life video footages
Giorgi Kvirikashvili responded to the MP"s questions after delivering a speech at the PACE.
One of the first questions was about the private life video footages released in the internet. European MPs are interested in the ongoing investigation and the government"s activities in regard to prevent such incidents.
According to the Prime Minister of Georgia, there are two problems, one is that such type of recordings were done and the other - they were widespread.
" Video recordings of private life are blackmail against Georgian society and Georgian government first of all. If anybody is interested in investigation of this case, it"s Georgian government and the PM personally. The investigation is underway. International institutions and our partners are also involved in the process. The Federal Bureau of Investigation assists Georgian Prosecutor"s Office,"- said the PM.
