Tayabas, Quezon – United Nationalist Alliance (UNA) standard-bearer Vice President Jejomar Binay yesterday tagged an Aquino Cabinet member as the person behind the alleged “buying of votes” in the countryside. Binay told reporters covering the campaign trail that the money being used to purchase these votes come from the administration’s Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps). “Well, nangyayari na yan, basta ang involved ay isang Cabinet secretary (Well that is already happening, and a Cabinet secretary is involved),” Binay said in a chance interview during a lull in his sorties in this vote-rich province.
