[Ticker] Morocco suspends EU contacts over Western Sahara ruling

The Moroccan government announced Thursday it suspended all contact with EU institutions as a consequence of a December ruling by the EU's Court of Justice, which said last December an agriculture agreement could not apply to the disputed Western Sahara territory, annexed in 1975. The EU Council appealed the ruling.
