Accusing chief minister Devendra Fadnavis of directly favouring Axis Bank, the Congress on Wednesday demanded a probe into a government order allegedly issued by the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) that the scheme’s beneficiaries and contractors should deposit funds only in a specified branch of the private bank.
