CHESAPEAKE — City leaders are considering increasing toll rates on Chesapeake’s two tolled routes to keep revenue and debt coverage sustainable long term. The toll rate increases would apply to the southern segment of the Chesapeake Expressway that spans the Battlefield Boulevard area down to the North Carolina border, as well as Dominion Boulevard.
