Testing bench for unimpregnated stators TDEM 02.01.05 (TH "ELECTROMASH" I ООО ТОРГОВЫЙ ДОМ "ЭЛЕКТРОМАШ").
The testing bench is designed for conducting technological testing of AC electric motor stators with power up to one hundred kW before impregnation.
The equipment installed on this testing bench allows users to perform the following types of tests:
- measuring insulation resistance of field windings relative to the body and between the phases of the windings- testing field windings insulation relative to the body and between the phases of the windings for electric durability- measuring resistance of field windings to DC electricity in a practically cold state;
- control of current stability by phases.
The testing bench is constructed in the form of a cabinet with a control panel on the front side of the cabinet. To connect stators for testing, there are three posts up to fifty V and three high-voltage posts up to five kV.
The testing bench consists of an electrical power control unit, a windings resistance measurement unit, an installation for checking electrical safety, a visual display unit and a controlling unit.
The electrical power control unit is designed to supply voltage to the testing bench, performs low-voltage switching between the testing bench elements, and also performs the function of protecting the measuring and switching equipment of the testing bench.
The windings resistance measurement unit is designed to measure the resistance to DC electricity of the windings and consists of digital meters for the direct voltage and current of the switching unit...
