Good vibes aplenty as Seahawks break training camp on a high note

RENTON -- The Seattle Seahawks broke training camp on Tuesday with high spirits and Super Bowl dreams.

The final of the team's 14 training camp practices open to the public at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center was perhaps less notable for the on-field action -- there was plenty of that, though the team practiced without helmets in a glorified walk-through -- than the upbeat vibe that has characterized the team for nearly the entire offseason.
