Police: New Haven officer shoots knife-wielding man
(AP) — Authorities say a New Haven police officer shot and wounded a disturbed man who rushed at him with a knife.
State police say 38-year-old Roberto Orsini-Rodriguez, of New Haven, was shot Tuesday morning at an apartment building for elderly and disabled people.
