Kentucky social service workers to receive pay increases
The Courier-Journal (http://cjky.it/2bb5BzV ) reports that officials with the Cabinet for Health and Family Services announced on Monday that the pay raises will take effect Sept. 16.
Secretary of the cabinet Vickie Yates Brown Glisson says the salary increases will be covered with $4.8 million that Gov. Matt Bevin had included in the state's two-year budget.
