Louisiana floods: Man dead, homes submerged, governor orders statewide emergency
BATON ROUGE, La., Aug. 12 (UPI) -- Louisiana Gov. John Edwards ordered a statewide emergency Friday in the wake of dangerous flash flooding that's so far killed one person and threatened others.
