Redwood City’s Li wins Junior PGA title
Redwood City’s Lucy Li overcame a six-shot deficit Friday to win the Junior PGA golf championship in Rumford, R.I.
“I didn’t think I played all that good, but it was really windy today, and that made it tough,” said Li, who two years ago at age 11 became the youngest qualifier in U.S. Women’s Open history.
