There are just three states in the US where mortgage delinquency rates have increased from a year ago. 

They are all in the oil patch. 

North Dakota, Wyoming and West Virginia — states heavily dependent on oil, gas, and coal mining — have all seen an increase in mortgage delinquencies in the past year, according to data from TransUnion.

Ford announced on Tuesday that it's joining China's Baidu and investing $150 million in Velodyne, a manufacture of a "Lidar" laser-radar system for self-driving cars.

Ford has been upping its commitment to Lidar since earlier this year, when it announced it was increasing the number of self-driving prototype vehicles using the technology.

Fans chanted "Larry" as the late-night host Larry Wilmore began his show Monday night. It was the first episode to air after Comedy Central canceled the show earlier that day, saying the show struggled to find an audience and contracts were set to expire.
