Coroner rules 3-year-old's drowning an accident
WILKES-BARRE, Pa. (AP) - A Pennsylvania coroner has ruled that the drowning death of a 3-year-old boy was an accident.
Luzerne County Coroner Bill Lisman announced his findings in the death of Nico Bostick on Thursday.
