No body cameras for Rockford, Winnebago County police
ROCKFORD, Ill. (AP) - Law enforcement leaders in Winnebago County and Rockford say police-worn body cameras may reduce use-of-force incidents and citizen complaints, but officers won't be getting the cameras anytime soon.
