Kynlee Heiman has been doing gymnastics for only four years, but in this short time she has already achieved remarkable success.
According to her family, she wakes up every day at 5:30 a.m. to make a two-hour trip to her gym, where she spends almost the entire day stretching, doing flips, turns and jumps between her bar and floor exercises.
Kynlee decided to try for a record after spending several hours studying the pages of the Guinness World Records book together with her brothers.
She was confident in her abilities and persuaded her coach, Alex Carson, to help her prepare for the record attempt during regular training sessions.
In addition to gymnastics, Kynlee is also a young star with a rapidly developing film career. Her acting path began at the age of five with commercial shoots, including projects for brands such as Tonies and Disney.
She has done print work and even walked at New York Fashion Week for leading children’s brands.

Her breakthrough came in 2024 with her feature film debut in The Best Christmas Pageant Ever.
Kynlee played Gladys Herdman – the youngest, wildest and most unpredictable of the six Herdman siblings, who turn a local church’s Christmas pageant upside down.
The film, released in November 2024, features a star-studded cast including Judy Greer, Pete Holmes, Lauren Graham, and others.
