Norzagaray, Bulacan – The level of water at Angat Dam, which supplies 90 percent of raw water requirements for Metro Manila and irrigates 28,000 hectares of farmland in Bulacan and Pampanga, has reached near critical level, according to the Bulacan Provincial Disaster Risk Reducation and Management Office (PDRRMO). According to Bulacan PDRRMO official Liz Mungcal, the water level at the water reservoir was measured Tuesday at 8 a.m. at 196.71 meters, which is way below the normal level of 212 meters. The critical level is at 180 meters. Bulacan Governor Wilhelmino M.
