Information zum Schwimmfest / Information on this years swimmeeting

Liebe Vereine,

wir bedanken uns recht herzlich für die zahlreichen Meldungen zu unserem Jubiläumsschwimmfest.

Wir haben einen neuen Melderekord erreicht! Samstags und sonntags sprengen die Meldezeiten allerdings so unseren Zeitrahmen, dass wir uns zu folgenden Kürzungen und Änderungen entschließen mussten:

1. Samstags und sonntags haben wir die 200m-Strecken auf die acht schnellsten Läufe begrenzt
2. Die Jubiläumsstaffeln werden wir nicht getrennt nach Alter, sondern als offene Wertung durchführen. Es werden daher max. 3 Läufe anstatt 6 gebildet
3. Sonntags startet der Wettkampf bereits um 7 Uhr
4. Das 2. Einschwimmen im 5. Abschnitt entfällt

Im Interesse aller hoffen wir auf euren Verständnis!

Ummeldungen können wir leider nicht mehr annehmen.

Wir weisen nochmals auf die geänderte Parkplatzsituation am Freibad hin. Bitte beachtet unbedingt die Informationen im Infoschreiben. Die Wiese oberhalb des Freibades steht uns leider nicht mehr als Parkplatz zur Verfügung!!!

Wir freuen uns auf eine großartige Jubiläumsveranstaltung mit spannenden Wettkämpfen!

Dear friends and participants,

we would like to thank you very much for the numerous registrations for our 50th anniversary event.

We have reached a new registration record! On Saturdays and Sundays, however, the registration times were far beyond our time frame. So we had to make the following changes:

    -On Saturday and Sunday we have limited the 200m distances to the eight fastest heats.
-The anniversary relays won’t be run separately by age, but as an open classification. There will be a maximum of 3 heats instead of 6.
-On Sunday the competition will start already at 7 a.m.
-The 2nd swim-in on Sunday afternoon is cancelled

We hope for your understanding that the changes are in the interest of all!

Unfortunately, we can no longer accept re-registrations.

We would like to point out the changed parking situation at the outdoor pool. Please pay attention to the information in the info letter. The meadow above the outdoor pool is unfortunately no longer available to us as a parking lot!!!

We are looking forward to a great anniversary event with exciting competitions!
