The Brazil international is coming towards the final year of his contract at the Bernabeu, leading to intermediaries sounding out potential suitors.
That’s according to TEAMtalk, who name Liverpool, Arsenal, Man Utd, Man City, Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain, and Bayern Munich as the teams approached.
The report suggests there has been a major development in Vinicius’ contract talks with Real Madrid as there’s no agreement reached so far, and no sign of the Spanish giants improving their offer.
Vinicius Junior exploring transfer options
While TEAMtalk also state that Vinicius has not necessarily indicated that he wants to leave Real Madrid, it seems intermediaries are exploring other options for him.
Los Blancos also won’t want to lose the 25-year-old on a free transfer next summer, so that could mean they’ll be open to cashing in on him now if a big enough offer comes in.
It remains to be seen if the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool would sign Vinicius due to his high wage demands, though he is undoubtedly up there with the best players in world football.
Should Arsenal and Liverpool try signing Vinicius Junior?
Vinicius has 17 goals and nine assists in all competitions so far this season, once again showing that he’s an elite attacking talent who can influence big games.
Arsenal certainly need someone like that on their left-hand side after the inconsistent performances of players like Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Trossard in that department.
Liverpool, meanwhile, could also surely benefit from a superstar signing like this as they prepare to bid farewell to Mohamed Salah this summer.
It remains to be seen if Vinicius is realistically affordable, but if he is indeed available soon then there’ll surely be top clubs queuing up for him.
