Lola Young Opens Up About Her 'Drugs Recovery,' Says She's 'Doing a Hell of a Lot Better'
Lola Young is opening up about her recovery.
The 25-year-old singer notably collapsed in the middle of a performance at the 2025 All Things Go festival and fans have expressed concern about her online.
During a new profile with The Times of London published on Saturday (March 28), Lola said she didn’t want to go into too much detail “for the sake of [her] privacy,” but clarified that “recovery is an ongoing process.”

“I’m not the finished article, but I’m doing a hell of a lot better,” she shared.
The “Messy” singer said she is specifically in “drugs recovery.”
Lola clarified, “When you’re in recovery that doesn’t necessarily need to mean drugs, but me specifically, yes.”
After passing out during her festival set, she went on Instagram and provided an update for fans.
“Hi, For anyone who saw my set at all things go today , i am doing okay now. Thank you for all of your support.”
Earlier this month, she shared that she had been battling a cocaine addition.
“It was a whirlwind of a year. It was so mad and beautiful and exciting, but it was also, at times, very sad,” she admitted, sharing that she had been traveling with a sober coach.
In February, she won her first Grammy for Best Pop Solo Performance.
