ERB Asfalistiki hosts health and safety ‘Fire Protection’ event
ERB Asfalistiki, the largest General Insurance Company in Cyprus and a member of Eurobank, the island’s leading bank and insurance group, continues to invest consistently in initiatives that promote prevention, responsibility and sustainable development.
As part of the Company’s long-standing collaboration with the Department of Labour Inspection of the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance and the Cyprus Safety and Health Association, the second presentation for the current period was held on the theme of “Fire Protection”.
The presentation took place on March 11, 2026 at the Amphitheatre of the Head Offices of ERB Cyprus Insurance Holdings in Nicosia, with the participation of occupational safety and health professionals.
The topic of the lecture was “Fire Protection”, with speakers Andreas Kameris, MSc Structural and Fire Safety Engineering, Associate Member of the Institute of Fire Engineers, and Leonidas Leonidou, former Assistant Director of the Fire Service.
The discussion that followed highlighted the value of collaboration and knowledge sharing, reaffirming that safety is a collective responsibility.
